Cayman is Caribjournal’s ‘Destination of the Year’

Thanks to the efforts of the Cayman Islands Government, private and tourism sector the islands have been named the Caribjournal’s ‘Destination of the Year 2014’.

The Cayman Islands are know for being a laid-back place with kind and friendly people. Even with its almost impossibly beautiful beaches it has remained somewhat under the radar, up until now. Thanks to the efforts of its tourism sector, Government and the private sector, the island is seeing new heights, including one of the highest rates of arrival growth in the Caribbean.  (more…)

Cayman Brac Land Investment

Cayman Brac land has a dramatic topography, with a limestone ridge rising from the middle of the island to 140 feet above the Caribbean Sea along the eastern edge. The island has a wrecked ship that attracts scuba diving enthusiasts seeking to explore wrecks. And caves around the island enable their explorers to get a glimpse of delicate underground formations. Cayman Islands Tourism Sector Continues Strong Year

Cayman Islands tourism sector continues strong year, One of Grand Cayman’s main attractions is Seven Mile Beach, site of a number of the island’s hotels and resorts. Named one of the Ultimate Beaches by Caribbean Travel and Life, Seven Mile Beach is on the western shore of Grand Cayman Island. It is a public property and possible to walk the full length of the beach, past all the hotels, resorts, and public beach bars. Historical sites in Grand Cayman, such as Pedro St James Castle in Savannah, also attract visitors. Tourists also visit the Sister Islands, Little Cayman and Cayman Brac. (more…)
